About The Illinois Fish & Boat Expo

What is the Illinois Fish & Boat Expo?

 Illinois Fish & Boat Expo is a three-day event in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois that celebrates fishing as passion and tradition treasured by millions of Americans and their families. 

 The show will feature over 150 exhibitors selling lures, rods, reels, tools, art, accessories, boats and guided trips! Covering 43,000 square feet of exhibit hall space! Not to mention a jam-packed schedule including seminars, demonstrations, and much more!

Saturday March 29th 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM  

Sunday March 30th 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    Vendor Information

    Vendor Requirements

    Exhibitors must either sell or manufacturer fishing related products OR provide a service related to fishing. This is a strict policy. The attendees we are targeting are coming for those products and/or services and we aim to give them as many of those vendors as we can. The only exception to this requirement is if we approach you for your goods or services ourselves. We reserve the right to cancel your booth reservation and refund your payment if you do not fall within our targeted parameters. So please, if you feel your category of goods/services is questionable please email us before purchasing your booth.

    Booth Cost

    10 x 10 Isle Booth: $200

    10 x 10 Corner Booth: $300

    10 x 20 End Cap Booth: $600

    Not For Profit: $150 (booth number assigned)

    Move In/ Move Out Info

    Move in and set up is Thursday from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.

    Friday from  8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

    Find the closest door to your booth and get after it. Vendor Parking is to the North of the West Expo Building. Please DO NOT PARK UNDER THE PAVILION OR ALONG THE BUILDING. You can come check in and get your vendor badges at our Show Office, at the front door of the show on the map. 

    Move out starts at 4:00 PM Sunday. Please do not tear down any earlier.
